Mutated units are the multiplier Beat the Anime Boss is built around. Official art does not print a public odds table. It prints 1 IN ??? over a Hokage-style pull while a shocked avatar labeled “YOU” holds their head. That is the entire rarity contract this wiki will quote until Fun and Giggles Games posts numbers. This list ranks mutated copies only. Unmutated grades live on the unit tier list. How to hunt them lives on mutations and mutated units.

The live title (14 July 2026, 8-player online servers) still asks you to recruit with E, upgrade $/s, then mutate. A mutated C-tier that you actually place will out-earn an unmutated S-tier that you screenshot and bench. If you only remember one rule from this page, remember that.

What a mutation changes

Promo language is blunt: rare mutated units come with insane boosts. In practice that means:

• Farm $/s jumps hard enough to matter overnight. Read offline earnings before you log out on an unmutated plot.
• Raid DPS can jump, but farm is the default reason to keep the copy.
• The unit is still the same archetype. A mutated Deku-like is not a Limitless sorcerer. Do not invent a new name because the aura changed.
• Rarity overlay is 1 IN ???. We will not fake 1-in-1000 or 1-in-1,000,000 to make a table look datamined.

Summoner level improves roll quality, including mutation luck. Do not level Summoner until a farm exists. Admin Abuse nights are when luck spikes; still place the copy the same night.

Mutated farm income

C	Deku-like / random commons	Keep only if you have no other mutated copy. Replace when a real core mutates.

If you must bench someone to free a slot, bench the unmutated trophy, not the mutated mid-tier.

Mutated raid DPS

B	Hokage-style	Farm-first mutation. Bring it if the plot is otherwise empty.
C	Mutated commons	Will not save a raid. Leave them printing.

Pair with raids and the best units raid column. Do not skip farm upkeep because a mutated One Punch looks like a clear.

Hunting priority (what to chase)

Spend luck on bases that already have a job:

1. Hokage-style — official 1 IN ??? art. First hunt.
2. Limitless sorcerer — farm ceiling.
3. Saiyan / SSJ Blue — only after the body is on the Lv.99 pipeline, not at Lv.1.
4. One Punch — if you raid more than you idle.
5. Everything else — stop. Feed upgrades instead.

Mutated vs shiny unmutated

Players keep the wrong copy because the unmutated model matches a favorite show. Beat the Anime Boss pays $/s, not costume points.

• Mutated Hokage-style beats unmutated Limitless if the Limitless is unfed. Feed both if you can; if you cannot, keep the mutation.
• Mutated Deku-like loses to unmutated Limitless that you actually upgrade. Mutation is a multiplier, not a class change.
• Two copies of the same archetype: keep mutated, feed unmutated into upgrades or replace.

Upgrade planner first, then luck. Codes will not skip this choice — the codes hub has no public strings as of September 2026, and Fight Anime Bosses codes (PUNCH, 190KLIKES) do not mutate anything here.

Placement and logout

A mutated unit that is not on the plot is a sticker. Place it. Upgrade it. Log out on it. Offline earnings is where 1-in-??? pays for itself. If a raid is in progress, park raid DPS from the table above, then swap back to the farm copy before you quit Roblox.

Leaderboard climbs come from mutated farms that ran while you were gone, not from standing next to a Level ??? corpse in the lobby. The units hub and tier list hub exist so you remember which copy is the worker.

Keep the 1-in-??? copy even if the unmutated sibling looks cooler. Aura is not income. The shocked “YOU” in the promo is the player who sold the mutation for a costume they already had.
